I am a psychologist, a certified Gestalt psychotherapist, and a clinical sexologist — and I work with English-speaking clients as well as Polish ones. I completed a four-year, comprehensive training program at the Integra Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy in Kraków. I hold the European Certificate of Psychotherapy in Gestalt Therapy issued by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT), as well as the certificate of the Polish Gestalt Therapy Association (PTPG). I renew both certifications regularly.

I earned my psychology degree at the University of Silesia in Katowice, specializing in Clinical Psychology of Adults, and completed a six-month scholarship at the University of Vienna. I was a multiple-time scholarship recipient from the Polish Minister of National Education, and I was ranked among the top graduates of the University of Silesia in 2009.

Clinical sexology is an important part of my practice, backed by a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Sexology from SWPS University in Katowice.

In working with trauma, I draw on the EMDR approach, which I trained in with Anabel Gonzalez (Module I). I continue to expand my qualifications through workshops and trainings led by trainers in Poland and abroad. I also regularly bring my own work to supervision.

I am a supervisor-in-training, currently completing my training at the School of Supervisors run by the Integra Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy. The international faculty at my school lets me train in several different models of supervision (Polish, Italian, and British), which helps me better support the diverse supervisees I work with. I also offer psychotherapy supervision for psychotherapists.

Experience

Clinical placements at the Silesian Clinic of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in Katowice-Ochojec — on both the closed and day-rehabilitation wards — played a key role in shaping my practice, deepening my diagnostic skills and my understanding of the seriousness of clinical diagnosis. I also grew a great deal during my time on the day ward of the Center for the Treatment of Neuroses and Other Mental Disorders, as well as at the Mental Health Clinic (both in Czechowice-Dziedzice).

As a sexologist, I completed a clinical placement at the Sexology and Relationship Pathology Clinic in Warsaw. I’ve run my private practice for many years, working with people facing anxiety, professional burnout, depression, personality disorders, and other difficulties. More recently, I increasingly work with neurodivergent clients (ADHD, ASD).

Outside of work

I’m a happily married mother. In my free time, I love hiking the nearby peaks of the Beskids, forest therapy, and sports.
